Hey, my name is Laura! I've been practicing yoga for 10 years and now I teach others and break down the basics of stretching. I truly believe yoga is about the mind-body connection (not how fancy the pose is). I am continually inspired to teach and host experiences for others because I know the asana works. I work with clients on flexibility, posture, and strength. I am based in Dallas, Texas.

"Asana" translates to 'pose' or 'posture' in Sanskrit. It's used more loosely today to talk about movement, and specifically how yoga works move to the energy in our bodies.
